Bias review for workplace documents
The wording that narrows your talent pool — found, explained, rewritten.
Job descriptions, policies and people processes, reviewed the way a senior DEI consultant would — with revised documents back the same day.
Warehouse Operations Supervisor — Night Shift
We need a strong man who can handle the physical demands of a busy floor, including regular lifting of up to 25 kg with equipment support.
10+ years’ supervisory experience essential — you will run a team of twelve across two loading bays. Applicants must be a native English speaker to handle safety documentation.
You will thrive in our work-hard, play-hard culture and keep the night shift moving.
Built from 30+ years of inclusion consulting.
Debiaser.ai is built by Global Diversity Practice, drawing on 30+ years of inclusion consulting with global organisations. It turns GDP’s practitioner experience reviewing job descriptions, policies and people processes into a fast first-pass review: evidence-based, specific, and designed to remove barriers without weakening genuine requirements.
How a review works
Job descriptions, policies, or a whole performance-management process — docx, pdf, xlsx, pptx or pasted text. Add context so related documents are read as one system.
We count the words and quote the credits before anything happens. Nothing is sent for analysis until you confirm.
Every finding quotes your wording, explains who it may deter and why, and proposes a specific rewrite. No vague scores.
A de-biased version of each document in its original format, ready to use the same day.
Wider pool. Same bar.
Debiasing never means preferential treatment for any group. It widens access to the full qualified talent pool by removing unnecessary barriers — and it never touches a requirement the role genuinely needs.
Rewrites
- Gendered & coded phrasing
- Inflated experience demands
- Credential requirements without cause
- Jargon & insider language
Preserves
- Every genuine qualification
- Safety & legal requirements
- Real physical demands, stated accessibly
- Your voice and format
Pay per review, not per seat
One credit per 1,000 words analysed, minimum five credits per review. Credits never expire, and failed reviews are refunded automatically. A typical short JD starts at about £10 on the Starter rate, compared with a consultant engagement for deeper review.
Organisations buy once, then grant allowances to team members.
Enterprise
Ready for procurement conversations.
For organisations that need more than card checkout, GDP can support procurement, legal and team rollout conversations around Debiaser.ai.
- Invoicing and purchase-order support
- Self-serve e-signed DPA and published subprocessor register
- Volume pricing for teams reviewing high document volumes
- Organisation credit pools with member allowances
Your documents are not ours to keep.
Everything you upload and everything we produce is deleted from active service storage seven days after a review completes — automatically, not as a setting. The deletion date is shown on every review. Only billing records remain.
Questions buyers ask first
Is this legal for US hiring?
Debiaser.ai does not recommend quotas, preferences, demographic targets or lower standards. It highlights wording that may unnecessarily narrow the qualified pool and keeps genuine role requirements intact. It is professional guidance, not legal advice.
Does debiasing mean preferential treatment?
No. The product is explicitly framed around wider pool, same bar: remove unnecessary barriers, preserve the requirements the role genuinely needs.
What happens to our documents?
Uploads, extracted text, findings, reports and revised documents are deleted from active service storage seven days after a review completes. Failed reviews and abandoned drafts also have deletion deadlines.
How accurate is the analysis?
Every finding must quote the exact wording, explain who it may deter, and suggest a concrete rewrite. A human reviewer should still decide what to adopt before publishing.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
Debiaser.ai is purpose-built for workplace-document review: it confirms cost before analysis, uses a constrained bias-review prompt, returns exact evidence and revised files, and enforces short retention.
