Terms of Service

Last updated 7 July 2026 · The service is provided by Global Diversity Practice Ltd (“GDP”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using Debiaser.ai you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Debiaser.ai analyses workplace documents (such as job descriptions, policies and people processes) for language that may reflect unconscious bias, and produces an evidence-based report with suggested rewording and revised documents. The analysis is produced by an AI model configured and instructed by GDP. The service’s aim is to widen access to the full qualified talent pool by removing unnecessary barriers; it is designed never to recommend preferential treatment of any group, quotas, or the removal of genuine role requirements.

2. Accounts and organisations

Sign-in is by single-use email link; you are responsible for the security of your mailbox. Organisation administrators control their organisation’s credit pool and member allowances; members’ use of the service within an organisation is also subject to that organisation’s own policies. Debiaser.ai is a business service: by using it you confirm you are at least 18 and acting in the course of business (as a business, professional or on behalf of an organisation), not as a consumer.

3. Credits and payment

  • Reviews are paid for in credits: 1 credit per 1,000 words analysed, minimum 5 credits per review. The exact cost is always shown and confirmed by you before any analysis runs.
  • Credits are purchased in packs at the prices shown at purchase, are non-transferable outside your account or organisation, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Purchased credits do not expire while your account or organisation remains open. We may change pack pricing for future purchases.
  • If a review fails, its credits are refunded automatically. Completed reviews consume their quoted credits.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, displayed GBP pack prices are VAT-inclusive where VAT applies. An invoice is issued automatically for each purchase. Business customers outside the UK can enter their VAT or tax ID at checkout; where the reverse charge or an equivalent rule applies, no UK VAT is charged and you are responsible for accounting for any tax due in your own jurisdiction.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to documents you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to submit the content and that it does not contain personal data beyond what is necessary for the review. Content and results are deleted automatically 7 days after a review completes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Download anything you want to keep before the deletion date shown on the review. Provider-managed backups may persist for a limited period under the relevant provider's backup-retention controls.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to use the service for anything other than reviewing workplace documents — including attempting to instruct, manipulate or extract the underlying AI system (prompt injection), or to use it as a general-purpose AI service;
  • submit unlawful content or content you have no right to share;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or resell access without our written agreement;
  • create accounts by automated means or farm trial credits.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms; unused purchased credits on accounts terminated for breach are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Important limits of the service

The analysis is professional-grade guidance, not legal advice, and AI output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing results with appropriate human judgement before acting on them, and for your own compliance with employment and equality law in your jurisdictions. GDP does not warrant that a revised document is free of bias or compliant with any law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data you failed to download before its stated deletion date; and our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in that period.

8. Changes and termination

You may close your account at any time from the account page, except that organisation admins must first transfer admin access or contact support so paid organisation credits and members are not orphaned. We may update these terms by posting the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notifying account holders by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may withdraw the service with reasonable notice, in which case unused purchased credits will be refunded pro rata.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a business established elsewhere, mandatory local law that cannot be contracted out of is unaffected.
